Green Pixie Gardening offers a professional lawn maintenance service, with a personalised approach to each and every garden. Living in the Albury/Wodonga region produces some unique challenges for lawns and it’s the extreme swing between seasons that has encouraged us to learn as much as we can We offer both an on-going lawn maintenance service as well as one-off tidy jobs (pending availability); we also tackle a large amount of grass slashing tasks, semi-rural and lifestyle property work.

What can you expect from Green Pixie for your lawn maintenance?

• We use professional lawn maintenance equipment that is kept clean and regularly maintained
• We neatly trim all edges every single visit, mow at the right height for your lawn, and clean up at the end with a blower (and we will pull out the broom if we need to for tricky areas!)
• We do a little extra where we can and will snip away niggly weeds in visible pathways and driveways where possible.
• By request, we can fulfill additional lawn maintenance tasks, such as spraying for weeds or applying wetting agents
• We help to promote lawn health by providing the option of a regular service
• We approach every lawn like it’s our own – every lawn is unique and we tackle it on an individual basis

Pricing and Costs

We charge “per job” for all of our lawns; it is more than just the size of your lawn! Sometimes larger lawns are much easier to maintain while some smaller lawns are much more labour intensive due to unusual shaping and bordering and edging. Simply put – every lawn is different and we will always do our all to offer the best possible service for the price that we charge. Sometimes for initially very overgrown lawns the first mow may be a little more expensive (think lots of grass slashing and multiple steps to get the lawn down to a healthy level!) – but after there we will charge a sensible, ongoing rate. We will generally use client’s green bins for clippings at their permission or we will happily use compost spots if requested; by request we can take clippings away with us or we can mulch your lawn if you would prefer.
